Events built from a blank page
"Every gathering starts as nothing - a date, a vague idea, an empty room. We turned that uncertainty into a discipline."
Where the platform came from
Xrilventex started in 2023 when a small group of event professionals noticed the same gap: plenty of inspiration online, almost no structured guidance on the actual mechanics of building an event from scratch. So they built the course they wished had existed.
Orsolya Fekete
Orsolya spent twelve years coordinating conferences across four continents before she shifted to teaching. Her modules on vendor negotiation and timeline compression are the ones students reference long after the course ends.
Practical over theoretical
Every lesson is built around a real scenario - a budget that shrinks, a venue that cancels, a speaker who goes silent. Hypotheticals stay out of the curriculum.
No fixed schedule required
Students in Lagos, Tallinn, and Manila study the same material at their own pace. The platform is built for asynchronous learning without sacrificing depth or interaction.
Benedikt Strauss
Benedikt structures each module so that a student can pause, apply what they learned, and return without losing context. He treats course design as an event in itself.
Tamsin Quayle
Tamsin handles the part of online learning that platforms usually ignore - the moment a student gets stuck and needs a real answer, not a FAQ page.
