These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Xrilventex platform, including all features, content, quizzes, learning materials, and services made available through xrilventex.com. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

By creating an account, accessing any content, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and any additional policies referenced herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xrilventex.
2. Eligibility

Xrilventex will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
3.3 One Account Per User
You may not create or operate more than one account without explicit written permission from Xrilventex. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You may not use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Xrilventex or any third party
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform content for commercial purposes
5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, quizzes, assessments, course materials, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Xrilventex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or post any content on the platform, you grant Xrilventex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Xrilventex without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Paid Services
Certain features or content may require payment. All fees are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. By subscribing or making a purchase, you authorize Xrilventex to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
6.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to be charged.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once access to paid content has been granted.
6.4 Price Changes
Xrilventex reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. You will be notified of any changes affecting your active subscription in advance of the next billing cycle.
7. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. Xrilventex does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk. 9. Availability and Modifications

Xrilventex does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without prior notice.
9.2 Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any feature, content, or functionality of the platform at any time without liability to you.
9.3 Modifications to These Terms
Xrilventex may update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
10. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Xrilventex does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Educational content on the platform is intended for informational and learning purposes only. Xrilventex makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, certifications, or the applicability of content to specific professional or academic requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xrilventex and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Xrilventex's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Xrilventex in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xrilventex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
Xrilventex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or Xrilventex. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Xrilventex with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure by Xrilventex to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
